Returns & Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Our policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of the product. Learn more

How does the 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee work?

If you are unhappy with your product you can simply contact us here or at nuvas.shop@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving your product and we will give you a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping cost). The money will be transfered back on your original payment method. Learn more
